30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Eligibility

Items that have been used cannot be returned. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective, we will replace it or refund 100% of the price.

How to start a return

Email info@vexnr.com with your order number and a short description of the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address for your region.

Return address

Please do not send a parcel before you receive your RMA number and return address. Returns sent to our registered business address, or without an RMA number, may not be processed. We recommend a tracked shipping service, and you should keep your tracking number until the refund is issued.
